What is Futsal?

Futsal is a fast-paced, indoor version of soccer typically played on a smaller, hard court. Each team consists of five players, including the goalkeeper. The game is high-impact, requiring rapid bursts of speed, agility, and constant movement, making it an excellent cardiovascular workout. Futsal is perfect for those looking to improve their soccer skills in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Walking Futsal Program

Age Group: Adult

Description: Walking Futsal is a modified, low-impact version of traditional five-a-side football. The key rule is that running and jogging are not permitted; participants must always have one foot in contact with the ground, creating a fast-paced but safe walking game. It focuses on passing, dribbling, and teamwork while completely eliminating the high-impact stress of running or jumping.
