Description: Walking Futsal is a modified, low-impact version of traditional five-a-side football. The key rule is that running and jogging are not permitted; participants must always have one foot in contact with the ground, creating a fast-paced but safe walking game. It focuses on passing, dribbling, and teamwork while completely eliminating the high-impact stress of running or jumping.
